Beverly Jeanne Williams, 85, passed away on September 7, 2016.

Beverly was born on July 30, 1931 in Green Castle, Missouri to Claude Raymond and Nola Ruey (Dale) Davidson. She graduated from high school and had attended a teachers college in Kirksville, Missouri. On December 24, 1948, Beverly married Delbert Dale Williams in Kirksville, Missouri. Beverly had worked as a bookkeeper at Prairie State Bank and Calverts. She loved staying home with the kids, playing piano, going to the casino, sewing, and shopping. Beverly taught piano and was the first hairstylist in Green Castle to do perms. Beverly and her husband had traveled to Florida for the past 14 years.

Beverly is survived by her husband Delbert; children Candice Simmons and her husband Brian of Wichita, KS, Terry Williams and his wife Donna of Kountze, TX, Connie Wells and her husband Jason of Wichita, KS, Roger Williams and his wife Tracey of Andover, KS, Becky Herold and her husband Brad of Augusta, KS; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Beverly is proceeded in death by her parents; 9 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation with family will be on Friday, September 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, September 10th at 2:00 p.m. both at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta, KS.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to National Kidney Foundation or Augusta Public Library, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
