Bernice Floyd, 98, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023.

Bernice was born on Tuesday, September 2, 1924 in Maryville, Tennessee to Alvin T. and Mattie (Lincolnfelt) Bain. Bernice was united in marriage to Raymond L. Floyd on March 6, 1971 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. They were married for 28 years until Raymond's passing on August 28, 1999. Bernice worked as a homemaker for her family. Bernice enjoyed spending time with her dogs, going to garage sales and most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Bernice is survived by her daughter, Ruby (Wilbur) Thompson; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bernice is preceded in death by her parents; husband; Sisters, Alma Morton and Evelyn Lawson

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 29 ^th 2023 from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home.

Graveside Service will be on Wednesday, March 29 ^th at 1:00 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta.
