Alice Sue Howard, 76, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

Alice was born on Wednesday, September 11, 1946 in Pleasanton, Kansas to Elwood and Capitola (Frye) Branstetter. Alice was united in marriage to Gary Howard on September 26, 1966  in Wichita. They were married for 56 until Alice's passing. Alice worked as a nurse for St. Joseph Hospital for several years as well as a homemaker. Alice enjoyed spending her time collecting seashells and rocks. She loved taking care of her family.

Alice is survived by her husband, Gary Howard of Augusta; sons, Troy Howard of Augusta and Jason Lee Howard of Augusta.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerry Branstetter; Uncle Forest Frye; and grandmother, Olive Frye.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 18 ^th from 9-11 a.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Private services are scheduled for a later date.
