Aaron James Galindo, 48, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

Aaron was born on Monday, December 2, 1974 in Fridley, Minnesota to Anthony Galindo and Carol (Paul) Gallo.

Aaron has been with his Wife, Stacy Jeffries, since 2014. Aaron and Stacy originally met in high school in Spanish class when Aaron was a sophomore and Stacy was a freshman. While in class Aaron would continuously pick on Stacy by playing with her hair. Aaron and Stacy dated off and on for three years during high school until Aaron graduated in 1993 and left for the Navy causing them to go their separate ways for just over 20 years. Due to some events that happened in Stacy's life and with God's intervention Aaron and Stacy were brought back together nine years ago and have been together until Aaron's passing. Aaron worked as a flight mechanic for Textron Aviation. Aaron enjoyed spending his time camping, fishing, going on hikes, and loved about anything outdoors.

Aaron is survived by his Mother, Carol Gallo; Father, Anthony "Tony" Galindo; Wife, Stacy Jeffries; step-daughters, Mia Short and Sidney Short; Sister, Carrie Galindo; Nephew, Nick Galindo; Nephew Jason (Talitha) Green; and several nieces, nephews and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Aaron is preceded in death by his brother Troy Harringa.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Kansas Veterans and Family Reunion (KVFR), left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 18th from 2-4 p.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
